The bachelor thesis focuses on significant aspects of the restoration and planting of greenery using climate change adaptation measures. The aim of the thesis is to identify the importance and possibilities of supporting urban greenery and to define the potential of its use for increasing the quality of life in cities. Furthermore, their application is described in the project of the L'Art Multifunctional Center and its park, which was designed by the company Atelier90, s. r. o. In the theoretical part, sustainable urban development is presented and the benefits of urban greenery and green architecture, their implementation, are described and possible risks. In the practical part, the economic and social contribution of urban greenery is assessed using cost-benefit analysis (CBA) extended by the concept of ecosystem services. The economic evaluation is carried out on the project of the Multifunctional Center and the L'Art Park. Based on findings from the theoretical and practical part, conclusions and recommendations are formulated for the applicability of urban greenery and green architecture in other areas.

The Diploma thesis "Small sacral monuments in the town of Lanškroun" provides a comprehensive overview of small sacral monuments in the town of Lanškroun, with the primary focus being restored or newly built monuments. In the first part of the work, I describe the characteristics of this locality, basic typology and history, iconography, and the method of restoration of small church monuments in Lanškroun. The second part focuses on the pastoral use of small sacral monuments, and the circumstances that led to their creation or repair.

This bachelor thesis focuses one of the marginalized chapters of Czech modern history, the functioning of people's courts and expulsions. It is a qualitative study using both analytical and statistical methods. This works benefits from using both primary and secondary sources. Its aim is to create a plastic picture of what happened on the main square in Lanškroun in May 1945. This work follows a research of immediate post war period. In few months (not just in Czechoslovakia) took place changes which irreversibly changed a society structure. Migration waves, the largest in the modern Czechoslovak history, affected economic, political, cultural and interpersonal relations, and thus the overall character of society. Initial euphoria over again liberation changed quickly to commonly manifestation hate against Germans, collectively responsible perpetrators of war crimes. Before official government organized expulsions, there has been a wild expulsions, escapes and people's court. Also by the influx of inland Czechs to border areas there has been created till that time nonexistent reality, culturally and ethnically unified border region which influenced internal state organization and also significantly influenced Czech-German (and Czech-Austrian) relations. Vote and Voting Behaviour of Citizen of the Town Lanškroun

This graduation thesis Vote and Voting Behaviour of Citizen of the Town Lanškroun deals with vote and voting behaviour of inhabitants, who have permanent residence in the town Lanškroun. In thesis the returns of particular elections to municipal government of the town are characterized from years 2002, 2006, 2010 and 2014. Subsequently the thesis is focused on the voting behaviour of the population. Informations about voting behaviour of citizen were obtained from performed questionnaire research. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part of graduation thesis is theoretical, which defines the basic concepts related to the topic of elections. It focuses mainly on concepts such as local democracy, local politics, vote and voting behaviour. The practical part focuses on the characteristics of the town Lanškroun, analyzes individual municipal vote and on the basis of results of the questionnaire results explains the voting behaviour of the population of Lanškroun.
